Dan Faber is the President and Executive Director of the International Xchange Organization, (IXO). As a part of his responsibility, Dan manages the managers of a dozen other subsidiary ministries that function under the oversight of the IXO Board.
Dan resides in Montgomery, Alabama where IXO has student outreach projects on local campuses. Dan travels extensively recruiting trainers and staff in the US and overseas. All of IXO staff work virtually from around the country and in Asia and Europe.
Dan, and his wife Dale, have three adult married daughters. Dale writes and teaches women’s Bible study courses and operates La Fiesta Jewelry and Yarn company.
Dan has worked in Maryland, Mississippi, Alabama, Costa Rica and Mexico. During his time in Baltimore, Dan helped start partnerships in Mexico, Ukraine, Romania, Jamaica and China. It was at this time that IXO was created to send entrepreneurs to sensitive locations to start new outreach ventures and train national leaders. After moving back to Montgomery, IXO received its non-profit status and began assisting new international start-ups. Following the Beijing Olympics in 2008, IXO grew rapidly requiring Dan to direct the organization full-time as the President and Executive Director.
We create and run businesses here and overseas in order to bless the local community, provide tent making opportunities for local leaders and to self-fund our enterprises. Recent business ventures and non-profits involve accent reduction therapy, computer networking, security systems, English teaching and baseball coaches and field maintenance.
