Ben Parmer serves IXO by maintaining programs and giving oversight to current organizations and staff members under the IXO umbrella. Ben joined the IXO team in September of 2009. He enjoys creating efficient processes and innovating structures to create a mobile and effective management process. In 2010, Ben pioneered a ministry to serve International Students at Auburn University Montgomery.
Ben and his wife Nikki moved to Montgomery in the fall of 2009 after transitioning from an entrepreneurial work in Puerto Rico where they worked on a team church planting and assisting to train and mobilize world leaders with an organization called MTI. After transitioning out of that role and joining IXO he and his family (Nikki, Lydia (7), Thomas (6), and Sam (4) relocated to Montgomery, AL. Ben is currently pursuing graduate studies focusing in Ancient Middle Eastern Languages in Colorado. They spend half the year in Colorado and the other half in Alabama. He and his family have a passion to serve and impact the nations.
